in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I was among the many participants in the latest Groupees promotion related to COVID purchasing the bundle that required a minimum of $10 to buy for PS4. Upon purchase I recieved a code key that was invalid. Will I receive a new code to replace the invalid one?

    You might have redeemed at the wrong page. Console codes have to be redeemed here: https://www.arcgames.com/en/code-redemption
    It looks very similar to the PC code redemption page...

    If that's the page you already used, then contacting Customer Support is what you need to do.
