Exchange Sales

I have placed several items on the exchange today. The items were all from the Borg Lockbox. I am noticing that items I have listed for a million EC or more are not giving me the proper sale price. I sold an item for 1 million EC and my balance only shows 100,000. This is happening with multiple items. Just to make sure I was not misreading anything I shifted all my funds to the account bank. Next item sold and my new inventory balance was again short, again it was an million EC sold, but the balance again was only 100k. WTH? Anyone else seeing this? Will it auto correct at some point?
