Reputation gear missing when pushed complete

Hello. I wanted to report that when I finished my Discovery rep deflector and pushed finish it deleted all mats and the deflector was not in my bank, ship, account bank, on the ship or in visual, or any place.

    Did you check your inventory? Also, it might have remained in the upgrade window, did you check there?
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.
