Hero Coalition Tier 2 Unable to Claim

I cannot claim the Hero Coalition Charity Promotion Tier 2 on any of my characters.

Get an error of "Unable to complete the transaction: that item cannot currently be purchased"

The tier 1 claimed perfectly fine.

Ditto it isn't working for me either tier 1 worked fine but not tier 2.

For me I'm getting the error message, "The code you are trying to redeem is for PlayStation. Please link your PlayStation account in order to redeem your code." when I input it on the Arc site. Small problem: my PlayStation account is linked.

I put in a ticket, but when I try to view my ticket to see if there's any progress, the game says cannot connect to customer service. Anyone else having that issue?

I am having this same issue. I am using the Star Trek Online with the Steam account.
