Cannot SELL Items to Vendors

Tried selling acquired items to various vendors on DS9, Earth Spacedock, New Romulus and Space Vendor. SELL TAB unresponsive and continues to show only items vendors offer and not Your Inventory screen. Only ability to Sell is Recycle Tab in Inventory.

Have same issue on DS9 and ESD with two different characters.

Same problem. Sell tab won't load, or takes a lifetime to load. Needs a fix...
