Gagarin torpedo lockout

I have the Gagarin t6 miracle worker ship and have been having problems with the torpedo spread 3 on it, after using it once i get a very long lockout time for any of my torpedo weapons front and back. both the central torpedo spots are dark as well as the hotkey O button and they do not recover. sometimes untill after i have completely finished the mission or left the instance.
