Problem joining Task Forces

While playing the Game, I attempt to join a task force, which shows I am in the queue. The queue then displays a count down, but when the counter reaches zero rather than putting me in the task force, I get a message saying, "You have declined the task force and been dropped from the queue.” However, at no point did I drop the queue. This has happened several times and is annoying, to say the least.

When the countdown shows up you have to hold A to open the menu, click on the queue countdown at the top and accept the the queue invite.
