Temporal Agent Temporal Probes No longer available

I have a problem on my temporal agent where I need to find two more probes. The issue is, these probes are in the missions facility 4028 and second waves, missions from the old Dominion War story arc. Is it possible I can ping an admin to have these missions re added to log to just be marked found on my account? Any other brilliant ideas are welcome.

Those missions should be available in the Available tab once you are level 65, and perhaps after doing the mission "The Galaxy at Large" which should show up at the end of the Klingon War category by the time that you hit level 65, if not earlier. You'll have to start with "Second Wave" and work your way through to "Facility 4028" without being able to skip the missions between.
