Repeating acquired/dropped mission notification

I am getting a repeating mission notification message for a Universal Endeavor every single time I load to a new map on all characters. The notify is:

Acquired mission: Defeat Elachi Dreadnought
"Defeat Elachi Dreadnought" failed
Dropped mission: Defeat Elachi Dreadnought

I actually completed this mission/endeavor yesterday and received the award but the message will not go away. It is rather annoying...how can I get rid of it?

I am also having this issue, but with “complete 3 discovery patrols”. Which I did!’
