Exotic upgrade glitch

Purchased console using lobi crystals, went to upgrade console using ultimate upgrade no dilithium required, upgrade dissapered and console still blue no upgrade happened,, this glitch/bug when upgrading a console/ship weapon, causes the upgrade to disappear like it has been used but item stays blue in colour,

these upgrades cost people real money,
