I do have to express surprise in how few bugs are listed as fixed each patch despite the number that you can see and are reported on a regular basis. :/

YAY! will be doing Temporal Reckoning on at least 2 people who need it as soon as it comes back up and 3 more later.

According to the First Contact Day news post, the toy rocket and Phoenix shuttle holo emitter are supposed to be account unlocks, but they are not. Right now, there is no way to claim them on characters who had not claimed them previously. It's likely that someone forgot to add them to the event store when they converted the First Contact Day event to the new system.

First of all, there is a pandemic going on which is also causing this delay. Secondly, Cryptic has a small development team and they are specialized for the task that they do. Thirdly, not all patches are big, some are small and still significant even if you or anyone else does not think so. They prioritize the bug fixes. Do I wish they were more transparent? Yes. Are they fixing bugs even after a long time? Yes. Please stay calm, report bugs, and play STO.

Is there going to be a fix for the Winter Event Daily Dilithium Award? I'm awarded the dilithium box, but I can't use/activate it. Is it a matter of maxing out the 25,000 before the end of the official period early this year?

The "I.S.S. Enterprise" being fixed will make quite a few folks happy -- that's a bug that's been annoying a lot of us for quite a while.
Whilst it's disappointing to see only 2 fixes in the patch notes, it's certainly understandable given the current global situation.
    Many thanks to the team!

Unless you have something else for numbers, my research shows Cryptic as having a staff of roughly 200, probably more. A cursory glance shows them as having 4 major games that they work on, so even if the staff is divided and dedicated to each game, this still leaves us with roughly 50, give or take. This is by no means "small".

They also seem to be able to continue to work on and release new content fairly well in comparison.

I've looked back through several of their patches. Yes, they have big and small releases. Usually the big ones are merely adding new content with a few fixes to other things. They have very few patches where there is a significant number of fixes. I still see bugs in this game that were present 7+ years ago.

Ultimately, though, my comment was just that - a comment. I was not jumping on them and saying anything like "come on, what are you all doing, sleeping!?!" I was merely expressing a level of surprise. Didn't need the "First of all ... Secondly ... Thirdly" jump response, thank you.

I am not able to tell that you were expressing a level of surprise because there are some players that like to flame Cryptic. Glad you were not jumping on them. Also, I was giving reasons in case you had not done the research. Finally, 50 is still small (if indeed that is the number) in my book.
