server not responding ps4

i am now sick to death with star trek online's server not responding , 2 mins in today in normal space 'then bang offline and when u try logging back in ' it freezes on loading - also sometimes when server Dosen't respond it kicks u to the main menu and when u get to character select it come up u don't have an account - had to load a previous save from earlier in the day for it to work again
i paid for the lifetime sub on PS4 as i can't use the old PC anymore for it till i can can get a new PC for it and i expect the server to be online ' not messed up.
my internet wifi is fine 70% signal as am downstairs and router is upstairs and have been on wifi for a year now with no problems being online until now ' the last 5 days have been a complete nightmare , i can except abit of lag now'n again but this is purely ridiculous - 104 times server not responding yesterday, and overall in 5 days going on for 1.500 times off
am a paying customer ' i know there's an epidemic on our hands and people are dying all over from the virus but it only takes at least 2 people to maintain the servers which u arn't doing ' get off your bums and fix the servers for us or take the servers offline till the virus has gone as the game is virtually unplayable for everyone.
