Ps4 lobi bug... again....

I bought a 200 lobi outfit on my romulan alien toon. I've previously submitted a bug that non of my purchased c store trousers work and guess what.... the lobi trousers dont work either. I've posted on this site, reddit, Facebook, Twitter and even emailed customer support. Please can someone fix this as I have spent money on these items!

Customer service said they cant help. I even asked what their policy was about a refund as I bought it with cash but he said as the money has already been spent in game they cant help even though I didnt get the whole product.
