C store bug

I've purchased loads of costumes for my romulan alien toon from the c store but none of the trousers work in the tailor. I checked on a new pure romulan toon thinking it may be the faction but no they all work on that one.
I spent loads of money on costumes this month only to find I cant use them!!!!! What a waste of money paying for something that i didn't get.
