On that particular character I do not have any shuttle pets at all (in fact I do not have any shuttles either), the closest thing to anything like that are the Kobayasi Maru device, which is still slotted where it is supposed to be, and the Beacon of Kahless which is in main inventory.
I just came back and started a new character today but I am unable to claim this. I have been trying to find out if there is/was an end date to initially claim this but cannot find an answer. Was this temporary? Thanks

There was an End Date so the opportunity to claim has unfortunately passed.
They should have said that it was not an account unlock like everything else has been lately though. In fact, the wording of the announcement made it sound like it was one of the usual account unlocks, not an atypical per-character one.
I wish this will return, since i am public healthcare worker and was unable to claim because i was in double shift almost a year...
Explain your situation to customer service and maybe they will show mercy to you and you will have a chance to claim the Healthcare Workers Salute Bundle. Thanks. Also, sadly you just necroed a thread.

Shuttles pets in Overflow? I do not know what you mean. There is nothing in inventory overflow if that is what you mean.
