Aquarius Escort/Chevron Seperation/Cloaking Issue

I'm having an issue on PS4 (hasn't happend yet, for me, on PC). When I launch the Aquarius, or seperate the Cheveron, or use the cloaking device, I can't undo it. When I use a ships cloaking device, my ship stays cloaked. I am unable to decloak. When I use the Aquarius or Chevron seperation, I can't recall them. The just stay undocked until the ship explodes or the mission is over and I return to Sector Space. I though it was because something happend to the character that was causing the glitch. I created a new character and the only two ships I have are the Maranda Class and the Command Dreadnaught Cruiser. It worked fine for a couple days. I could launch it at the beginning of a mission and recall it before returning to Sec Space or beaming to a planet. Now the recall stopped working. I don't dare try a ship that cloaks.

Can some one help? or Am I just going to have to live with it?
