Section 31 Intel Science Destroyer - Tactical/Science Mode Bug [XBOX]

The ability for me to toggle between Tactical and Science mode seems to be broken when in combat: switching to Tactical but unable to switch back into science mode, yet it works just fine when I'm chilling in over Earth... I'm kind of shocked this is still an issue, nearly a year since it's release.

Works just fine if:

*I engage Tactical mode out of battle, then while still out of combat, use it again. Only then will it switch back into Science mode.
*I get dead at some point in the match, then I respawn in Science mode.

Can confirm this is still an ongoing issue. -- I thought you had to get out of combat to switch, but that doesn't work either.

Please fix, its been ages on my part..

Works fine in safe zones, like ESD.
