Phoenix event ship

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Finally cashed in my token for my epic Phoenix prize ship after completing the event and finally buying two extra ship slots. Chose the Lukari science vessel. Received nothing in my inventory, only thing I noticed was that it came through on the chat. Checked my inventory and there's nothing there. I have no idea where to look.

    OP how about checking your account reclaim section where you claim all the other event ships that is where you will find it most likely as i have still been ripped off since the event stopped working on me half way through and i got screwed but it is what it is but that is where you will find the ship at as it is a special Phoenix ship box as it is account wide unlock apart from the normal phoenix ships which you get
