As I have raised your issue to our second tier of support, I was advised that you need to report this incident by posting a new discussion in the bug report section of our official forums so our developers will be aware of this issue. Please see my provide link below:

If ever there's a restriction when posting a bug report due to visiting the forum for the first time, this will be best handled by our Community team. After posting the report, kindly reply back to this email with the exact web link of your reported bug issue. By providing this link, I can move ahead and escalate your concern to our second tier of support so they can further review and investigate the incident so they can advise me on how to proceed on your issue.

Please be informed that I have escalated this ticket to the next tier of support for further review and investigation. Kindly be patient as they will update this ticket once their investigation is complete. Hi, this worked only one time, like i mentioned it i bought the buyout 2 times, see screenshot that one is still left, i wanted the 1000 Lobi

Thank you for contacting player support, captain.
I am sorry to hear that you were unable to locate the Event Buyout that you purchased. In order for us to further investigate, may we know if you already returned to the Event page to claim your buyout, please? If you haven't done so, please check and acquire your buyout by following the steps below.
1. Press the "U" key to load the Character Info Sheet.
2. Select "Reputation".
3. Select "Events", then click on "Claim".
If this did not help you with your issue, please try checking the old Event Reputation window using all available characters in your account. I know that there is a recent update on this, but there are cases where some toons appear to have it still. If ever the buyout is unavailable from the old Event Reputation window, please try visiting the Zen Store instead to pick the ship and use the token/coupon. Similar reports were raised on our official forum by other affected players. Please feel free to check it out here.

I tried to event buyout, 2x but i got nothing, that was CET areound 20:00
unfortuantely like i said i got nothing, it was on this account (@kurzoff) with my toon Dekuna

They did a horrible job pointing that out. The absence of a notice that is was is not sufficient. A direct statement to that fact that this was not part of the Mega-Event would have greatly reduced all this churning and nashing.
