Best way to submit a support ticket?

I know there is the option to submit support tickets both in-game and on the Arc website, but I believe I remember talk (some time ago) that one method doesn't work and never receives responses, but am unsure which method works and which doesn't.

Could anyone give a definitive answer?

Virtually no bug reports get responses.

Post in the Support Forum and it will be seen there.

Yell at the TV, you'll get the same result, I've been playing on and off over 5 years, suffer the same issues, just flush money down the toilet, I'd almost swear EA bought arc!

Yea clicking SUPPORT on the bold banner bar above the forums is the very best way, be sure to be to the point, but provide enough details of what the problem is.
