Xbox missing lifetime membership items

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
Hello, I recently purchased the lifetime membership and only received half the items. There are no fails or faults associated with the missing items. They just failed to appear. Please see list below for items.
Missing:
Faction EV Suit
All Heavy Destroyers T5 and T6
3 Small Craft
Veteran Ship Material
Mugato Companion
Costume Pieces (All)
4 Respec Tokens
Captains Table Access

I already contacted Arc Support and they told me to post on this Forum. Please, let me know if you are able to assist in any way.

    It does inform you in the LTS description where to get these items. I have LTS on XB and PC, and both do this.

    Hi I was thinking of purchasing the lifetime subscription on your website right here but I play on the Xbox One will it download as soon as I turn on my Xbox and log into your system

    The Lifetime Subscription purchased via the website applies to the PC version of the game.
    To purchase Lifetime on Xbox (or Playstation) it is necessary to purchase it from the ingame Store, by first purchasing the required amount of Zen.

    I ended up getting tls but did not receive the cyborg boff.
