EMH Doctor BO Purchased on Fed character but KDF character had to pay for it

I don't know why i am typing this because the solution is super simple. I need to be refunded the 800 Zen that my KDF toon paid for the "EMH Doctor BO" yesterday from the C-Store. You know how usually if you've already purchased something and you're claiming it again - NORMALLY, the C-Store will have a "Claim" button at the bottom of the window, but sometimes LIKE IN MY CASE yesterday, THERE WAS NO "CLAIM" BUTTON, just a "Buy" button.

In the past, when I click the "Buy" button but I've previously purchased something or it's unlocked for the entire account, I just get a prompt stating I've already purchased this item and I can just claim it and that window has a "Claim" button. So naturally, I thought nothing of it and clicked "Buy" and expected to see the pop-up dialogue. Instead, I was charged for the item AGAIN.

I guess I'm supposed to post this in the event anyone else has experienced this issue. The GM is passing the buck to another Tier to "handle" and wants me to post this here and provide them with the link before they begin researching the issue according to the email i received. I just want my 800 Zen back. Jesus.

Sorry for venting but I mean, this is non-sense.
