If these task forces (yellow arrows) are "Currently not available"(in the STO wiki "List of removed Task Force Operations"), why they again appears in the "available missions"

If the Foundry no longer exists, why this help text appears again (yellow arrow)?

Could you please update the title of the thread to be more specific? Just saying "TFO & Foundry" is not enough info in the title. Please fix. Thanks. :)

An update on this: I checked tonight the help (?) mark and when it is clicked, it still has the bullet point about the Foundry which has since been removed for awhile now. As well as I still have those two STF/TFO missions that no longer exist on all of my characters regardless of faction: Starbase 24 and Slowing the Expeditionary Force in the Available tab. Please fix, Cryptic! Thanks. :)

For the first one, the missions listed are the ones to do those TFOs, not the TFOs themselves. They are, of course, impossible to complete now, and should thus be removed.

For the second one, obviously nobody has gone through and checked every Help pop-up window in quite a while, so a dated reference still exists there.

Both of these are examples of secondary effects of changes not being caught and changed.
This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.
