Ultimate upgrade consumed but didn't upgrade item.

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I tried to upgrade my Experimental "Slamshot" Magnetic Artillery from it's default to EPIC MK XV however the upgrade was consumed but nothing changed or at least the only change was from infinity to MK XII and that might be a trick of memory :wink:

The upgrade was attempted on the 12th March 2020.
