Unable to claim rewards for completing Episode arcs with Delta Recruit

I am finally getting around to completing some of the Episode arcs with my Reman Delta Recruit to unlock the final rewards that didn't unlock with my Klingon and Fed DRs. I just completed the final mission of In Shadows - Mind Game for the second time but cannot collect the episode completion reward with my DR nor has it unlocked the reward for the other characters on my account. All of the missions in the Episode have a "replay" button except for the non repeatable starter mission, yet I am not getting credit for completing the episode.

    You need to play Temporal Ambassador.
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.

    As mentioned above, Temporal Ambassador is the culprit.
    It was moved in the Episode Journal but not removed from the Delta Recruit requirement.
