I was wondering what's the dimension of a standard Starfleet shuttles, Im asking for a trek theme 3D-art project I'm working on since I want to know if the shuttle bay I modelled is actually big enough to fit a shuttle inside.

Well... it depends on the actual class of shuttle. And most measurements seem to be length at least.
Various shuttles seem to be different sizes. So kinda depends on the era as well as where this shuttlebay is.
The Type-6 and Type-8 Shuttlecraft are both 6 meters long. The Type-8 is the default shuttle you can obtain in-game. The Type-7 (the large shuttlecraft from TNG with Galaxy-style nacelles) is longer at 8.5m. Memory Beta also gives the width and height for this craft as 3.6 and 2.7 meters respectively. The Type-9 (the later Voyager shuttles) is also 8.5m long. The Type-10 is rarely seen but was the standard-issue shuttle aboard the U.S.S. Defiant. It had a length of 9.64m, width of 5.82m, and height of 3.35m. The Type-11 (Enterprise-E shuttle from Insurrection) is, according to Memory Beta, 16m long, but there's no citation for this length, so consider it dubious (if for no other reason than because that size puts it only 6m shorter than a Danube-Class Runabout). The Type-15 shuttlepod from TNG is only 3.6m long, 2.4m wide and 1.6m tall. The Type-17 is another shuttlepod seen used by the U.S.S. Defiant, and is 4.6m long, 3.1m wide, and 1.8m tall. The Type-F from TOS is 6.8m long, 4.1m wide, and 2.3m tall.
The Federation didn't really have a standard shuttle in the TNG-era. All three shows had at least two different classes (TNG had anywhere between 3 and 6, depending on whether you count the Type-15s 'variants' according to Memory Beta).
So, between 6m and 8.5m in length would be an average length for a Federation shuttle. For TNG-era, I'd say the Types-6 and -8 are a logical standard for short-range shuttles with the Types-7, -9, and -11 seeming to be logical choices for long-range shuttles. I tend towards the Type-7 for early TNG and Type-9 for VOY onward: the Type-11 is only ever seen in Insurrection, and Types-10 and -17 are only seen once respectively and even then only on the U.S.S. Defiant. The Type-F is the only TOS-era shuttlecraft we ever see, and we see it used generally by both Starships and Starbases, so I'd take it as a standard.
One thing to consider is that some starships, like the Galaxy-Class, could accommodate runabouts (22m long) in their main shuttlebays. Also, while having the shuttlebay space doors be only just big enough to accommodate the shuttles launched (see the secondary shuttlebays on the Galaxy-Class), you may want to give plenty of room for navigation.
The ship I was doing is rather small in the 200m-300m range, I found a concept for the Type-11 that said how wide it was and I was kind of get the heigth from it (it's probably not much taller then 6 meters and that would fit rather easily), also the length of the Type-11 comes from the same concept with a length of 54 feet which translates to about 16.2 meters.

Ok... so something around the size of an Intrepid or Constitution class for the shuttlebay...

More or less though slightly different design as it's alien ship (though UFP member) rather then a Starfleet one. The bay door I've modelled atm looks closest to the Connie in terms of design.
Though the time period this ship is suppose to be in would be late 2300s to early 2400s, so essentially from Picard era to STO era.
EDIT:the ship is suppose to be a small(ish) escort/support cruiser for the local law enforcement and defense organization, hence the size.
