Event campaign ship not reclaiming

I saw the patch notes indicating the event campaign glitch that stopped some getting the ship they chose was fixed. However I've been on and it still won't let me reclaim the breen rezreth i chose, anyone else having this problem?

Some are also claiming the kobiyashu maru event needs to be bought out (if not completed) for the t6 ship to be available, anyone know if there is truth to this?
