What happened to the the Defiant, Strategic, Victory, and Vivid bridges? They are missing.

The bridge's known as the Defiant, Strategic, Victory, and Vivid are no longer available to me, they do not show up as options at all on my characters. GM said it was a glitch and to report it here. Please let me know how to fix this. Those are my favorite bridges.
