in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
On or around march 3rd I claimed the special free items from the item claim menu. I traded in these items and got 10 uncommon green tokens to then trade in to get 10 upgrade Phoenix tokens. I only used one before the game glitched and the rest vanished before I got to even use them properly.
