Load failure....no STO for you

So I haven't played in months. When I attempt to load into the game with one character at earth spacedock, the game crashes in the loading screen and sends me back to xbox home screen. I then attempt to load up another character that isn't at spacedock, game works for 2 minutes then crashes me back to xbox home.
