[BUG] Discovery T6 Rep Accolade

On two characters so far the pop-up window with the confirmation (and accolade) you normally get when reaching T6 in any reputation, has been absent. Things seems to be in order otherwise.
I checked the accolade tab and confirmed it was not present. I've reached Discovery T6 on other char's without this problem.
The characters involved where; a fed aligned alien romulan, and a fed alien. For the romulan I remember him standing in romulus command center ground map when it happened.
