Phoenix Token Missing

I earned the event Phoenix T6 epic Prize Pack. I received the box, opened it and selected my ship. I couldn't find the ship so I read that you have to see Oanna at DS9 to claim it. When I visited her it says I don't have a token for that ship. I hope you can help. It took a lot to earn it. Thank you.
The above was copied from the support ticket I submitted. I was told it was a bug and that it would be forwarded to developers. I was also told it would help to post here.

You need to go to the Event tab in the Journal and use the Reclaim button to get the actual ship.
(I'm assuming you mean the Phoenix Token from the recent Event Campaign?)
