You forgot Piercing and Resonating which are mission rewards. Piercing I can't remember whee to get right off. Resonating is the episode A New Link.
There are also some Polaron ship weapons you can get as mission rewards. Think they're the Dominion ones from teh cardassian episode Boldy They Rode.
Yes, i was going to post the same, Plasma is quite ok, but do need a mission Omni, that's the only thing missing. With the new borg plasmas finally are getting even. Some aditional Tetryon can come handy
These lists exclude mission/set/partial types you can't make a full matching setup with on every energy weapon build. (No T6 variants, "Dominion" Polaron, etc.)
They're excluded because, for example, Dominion Polaron lacks any Turrets or DBBs for those kinds of builds. There are a lot of nice mission/set rewards, but most of them are unique or only offer partial weapon support.
With all the Rep and couple of mission set Polaron weapons, there is absolutely no real need for a Lobi set. The set bonuses alone on most of these really ramp up the damage and are great for science builds as long as you don't mind mixing up all the procs.

I think Piercing comes from Installation 18...yes, just looked and Piercing comes from there.
