I participated in the ExtraLife event in December. After making a $30 donation, I understood we were to receive the "Original Series Crew Bridge Officers," a "Black Alert Tribble," and a "For the Kids" title. I received the activation code in January. However, after entering my code into the code redemption area (following the instructions for code redemption), no promotional items appeared. I waited a few weeks to see if it was a known issue, but nothing has changed.
The Playstation 4 code has returned nothing. I have filed a support request, and I was told it might be helpful to post this notice in case other players on consoles had the same or similar issue. I understand the issue is being examined.
