Missing Balth Science Intel (T6) from store

The Balth Science Intel (T6) ship is missing from the ship store. I am unable to claim it from the Cross Faction Intel pack. I have been emailing ARC Support and they want a post here too.

Also I am unable to claim the Kahn Uniform. Still says I must use ZEN.
