Having the "Heard I Needed Help" trait and "Construction Shuttle Wing" ability causes FPS drop.

If you have both the "Heard I Needed Help" starship trait from the Legendary Kelvin Constitution slotted and the "Deploy Construction Shuttle Wing" ability from the Kelvin Divergence lockbox, placing the mouse cursor on the latter in the station ability UI causes a massive FPS drop. (I went from 50 FPS down to 3 in an instant).
As soon as you un-slot the starship trait, the issue disappears. And it reappears when you re-slot it.
My only guess is that there is a conflict between both versions of the "Deploy Construction Shuttle Wing" abilities from your ship and the duplicate created by the trait, even when the trait is just slotted and not activated, as the lockbox version can only heal the caster, but the trait version heals the player's ship.
