Failed to load ship loadout, ship items lost

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
While in orbit in the Sol system, I chose to swap to a different ship, but when I did this I got an error message saying "failed to load ship loadout" and shows that my ship equipment is been unequipped, leaving both ships inventories gone, and the items no where to be found.

    What are the items in question? Also, did you look at your Visuals tab? I always turn off the toggle for Auto-Equip.
