Sierra Black Uniform

I usually use the Sierra Black uniform for most of my bridge officers, but it seems like now I can only use that uniform for some bridge officers and not others. I can't see a pattern to who can or can't access the uniform. Race/gender doesn't seem to make a difference. Is anyone having a problem with uniforms after today's patch?

I'm not familiar with the Sierra Black. I know Sierra 1-5 and the Open Jacket variants... but not one called Black.

I'm familiar with Black. I don't use it much, so don't know what the problem is. Maybe I'll test it out on a toon who's using it.

Edit: I don't see Sierra Black anymore. Now it's Sierra 1-5 with their open versions. I'm using 4 on an Alien toon.

Sierra Black is one of the presets.

I was able to recreate using Sierra 4, but it was kind of nice just clicking on the preset. The preset is there for some of my bridge officers. Just kind of weird that I noticed after the patch today. I haven't changed uniforms lately, so it may not have anything to do with the newest patch.

Are the ones it won't work on special ones like Diplomacy cross-faction, TOS, Discovery, Holo-people, etc.?

I don't even see Black in my presets anymore. Seems it's been moved to Sierra 4.
