Did not recieve the Bonus Zen

As the title states I purchased 100$ of Zen currency when I saw the announcement of the Charge Bonus, but I didn't recieve the extra Zen, only the default 10,000 plus 1,000 zen.
Men are not punished for their sins, but by them.

    Same issue here. Purchased the $200 pack earlier today, but only got the regular 3000 bonus zen, not the 8000.

    On XBOX One it says 10000 zen for $42.49 but only gives 5300... I have a screenshot.

    Support claims there was no sale and that it was a blog error. But as of posting the sale ad is still up on the website and I have found no public retraction.
