What happens during Mission/Quest

During mission qhen it says to "Teleport" or "Beam Over" to ship the game blue screen and error message.
I have also reduced the 15 mintue wait timer to load back into game by "Test Internet Connection". However; upon return my ship returns to sector space example Beta Quadrant.

A few patches ago missions like the
above did not blue screen or error us
on PS4.
I would like to request the missions to be tested from start to finish to ensure no other missions bugged in same manner.
Also would like to request GM Help functions or game help to return back to all platforms. So if like issues happen they can be fixed or resolved in a timely manner.
