Measure of Morality - progress stuck bug

In measure of Measure of Morality, in the mission when you must get back behind the blast door to activate the whole system to bring-in Red Angel, if you quickly skip the cinematic, the door remains locked permanently and you re-enter the area where Red Angel spawns to talk to it.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i94CibNaqdo I just had this issue pop up. Apologies for the poor framing but that isn't important as you can SEE and HEAR the issue. I am more than likely at the end of the mission for Part 1. I'm posting this anyways even after beaming up and restarting that point to see if it was a fluke or not.
