Initial Duty Officer Cadre

I did not receive my duty officer cadre for reaching level 11.

My Characters name is B'uJok.
I did not get my initial Duty officer cadre for hitting rank 11.
The date was 2/8/2020, at approximately 6:30 pm PST.
The Item was to be procured at Starfleet Academy (Lt. Ferra).

This is in regards to ticket# 103156.

The number of problems in this game is out of hand. once again I am stepping aside and stopping all missions till further notice. If I cant play without running into broken missions, theres no point in playing at all.

I figured out whats wrong with the Klingon first cadre.
When i saw the completion button on there i clicked on it however, thats not what you need to do.
What should be there is the transwarp button to bring you to Quonos.
The first cadre you should always go to the academy of your choice faction and actually speak to the officer at the academy BEFORE completing the task.
The task indicates the completion button in error since you are required to go to said academy to actually speak to an officer to obtain said doffs.
I redid the klingon i had began this morning and blasted thru to lev 11 and test this theory and found out i was correct the completion button on the mission up front is an error and the mission does not properly complete unless you go to your respective academy to collect said doffs.
From then on you should recieve them just clicking said button but not on the first doff cadre.

The issue for most of us is the fact that there is a bug in the game currently that does not award the doffs when speaking with the faction doff giver. Cryptic has not fixed it yet, so ya just get to deal with not having them for now. It's not user error.
