Colony - No Provisions Generated - Fixed

Hi,
Fleet: 1st KDF Elite Sqaud
No Provisons generated for a week - the fleet is close to t5

nice u wasted so much time in your sig - i do not see it anyway :)

    It is a visual refreshing issue with the coffer UI... or at least, it was at my Fleet.

    What I did to get it to show what was actually in the coffer: I did one of the mini games at the Colony, then requested the program added about 10 commodities directly to the coffer (manual add). That refreshed the screen and the totals on all commodities.

    where2rl workaround fixed the problem. TY
