Automatic Admiralty Claim for Jem Hadar.

Rolled a Jem Hadar toon to test the auto admiralty claim and upon creation it gave me my event ship cards. It gave me duplicate event ship cards as well so that isn't working right.
As far as the store ships, after choosing faction and going to ESD and talking to ship manager, it didn't apply the admiralty cards for those ships. I had to claim those manually. None of the store ships in question was on the list that were mentioned not to work. Working as intended?
