Getting kicked off the game

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Every time I log in I get kicked out of the app I can only log on to one caracter now i have deleted and re down loaded the game problem persists. This is awful. how can I enjoy a game I cant play. Error cod Ev-38700-9 on my PS4

    First of all, this bug report belongs in the PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports part of the Support forums and not in the PC Gameplay Bug Reports section. @baddmoonrizin @darkbladejk Please move to the appropriate section. Thanks. :) Also, sorry you are having issues on PS4. :'(
