Colony Holding map crash when beaming down

Since this week's Event Breach update my PS4 is crashing with the error code CE-38700-8 whenever I attempt to beam to the Colony holding. I am able to replicate this issue almost every time I attempt to beam to the Colony, as can several armada mates. The mission Melting Pot is also affected by this problem, crashes as soon an you enter the Colony map. A visual issue was also introduced at the Colony, shadows now have a pink hue along with low res textures on the map.
