Lobi Outfits Keep going Missing

This is now my 2nd time i have bought an outfit off the Lobi Vendor.
Why is it on 2 different characters i have bought outfits to equip on my characters says after unpacking the box its been added to your list of outfit choices, But when you go see the Tailor and look it is NO-Where to be found under any Selections Tab what so ever!!!. (Flaming, trolling comments moderated out. - BMR)
I would like further support on this matter or TALK to some one who can help get this resolved.

    First of all, which Lobi outfits are missing? Please be more specific. Thanks. :)

    LOL did i forget to state the newly purchased outfit sorry here is the recent outfit i bought>> Terran Empire Uniform Set. Sorry about that, was so angry i forget to list what it was.

    A lot of that costume is under the "Bare Chest" options.

    i'll have a look but, i never found any of the Terran Empire outfit when i spent like 2 hours looking under the selections Tabs.
