Na'kul Operative Uniform Missing/Bugged ???

I bought the Outfit from the lobi vendor, Na'kul Operative Uniform after i opend the box i went to the tailor and i do not see it anywhere to wear/equip the outfit? it's not in the list to equip the outfit i cannot see or find it under any selections on the character i bought it on! I have done all the things the GM Help asked me to do now i am being asked to post my issue here.
roughly bought the outfit around the 29th or 30th of December 2019. On my Klingon Science Character Akara.
can i please get some help or the item/Lobi refunded, please.

You have to select the Na'Kuhl belt and then a new Subcategory called "Belt Accessory 1" pops up that has the Robes.
