Jingle Jam Federation Elite Starter Pack went missing

A few days ago I redeemed a Jingle Jam code for a Federation Elite Starter Pack with the T6 Reliant, I checked the C-store after doing so and it showed the standard Federation Elite Starter Pack as claimable from the Starter Pack tab of the C-Store.

I purposely held off claiming the item for a couple of days because I wanted to make a new character and take advantage of it being a 'starter' pack. However before I managed to claim the item the game was updated and the Federation Elite Starter Pack offered through Jingle Jam became a 'Promotional' item that should have been available in the Promotions tab of the C-Store. However for me that Promotional item never showed up while the standard Federation Elite Starter Pack is no longer claimable.

Have you gone to the section that has Starter Packs and tried to claim it from there? Also, have you logged out and then logged back in?

Yeah.. I already mentioned that the standard pack was no longer claimable, that the promo item never showed up and that multiple days have passed i.e I've logged in and out multiple times. I'm quite sure there's nothing I can do to resolve this issue from my end.

I contacted support and after supplying screenshots and details they've passed it up through multiple levels and now I guess I'm just waiting. They asked me to create a thread about it too.
