cant fire ground weapon

My characters (my 1st character) cant fire ground weapons, when I use 1 of my kits is the only time my ground guns can fire, b4 that they will not fire, the problem is their when i'm in the winter wonderland, there i cant fire anything but the winter weapons and kits are not active (as you know) so nothing fires and when I did the winter tfo gingerbread place and couldn't fire anything the stupid game thought I was AFK and gave me a penalty which I don't agree with. I only have 2 characters my other guy has some issues firing but its not as bad as my 1st character (my pride and joy), they told me 2 load ui but that doesn't help anymore. Space weapons seems ok thank GOD!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no bug though. The only weapons that work in the Winter Wonderland are winter event-based weapons so your normal ground weapons will not work there. In order to do certain Winter events you need to have either snowballs, winter-based weapons, etc. This is working as intended. Unless you mean that you are not able to fire ground winter-based weapons in the Winter Invasion TFO in that case your character is bugged and you would need to contact support. I am a bit confused on your description of the supposed problem you have.
P.S. Do as eazzie and gaevsman have suggested.
> I had a similar issue a while back when the secondary fire wouldn't work. I removed the weapon completely turned off auto fire. Placed the weapon back, put back auto fire and it worked. May want to try that too.
Actually, is easier than that, just disable primary autofire, so secondary is still auto, once it fires, enable primary and it will work. Works for me every time
